Welcome to How to Start a Nonprofit, a service of S2 Insite Inc.  How to Start a Nonprofit is a platform dedicated to helping with the IRS tax Exempt application. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our website, software, and other services (collectively, the “Services”).   1. Account Registration

  1. Payment & refunds

For paid services provided by How To Start a Nonprofit, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the service you select. Once work has been started, no refunds will be given unless we are unable to obtain approval from the I.R.S.

The Money Back Guarantee is issued once a final determination has been made by the I.R.S and are unable to get you approved. We will provide a refund that includes the service fee paid to S2 Insite Inc., (How to Start a Nonprofit). It does not include the I.R.S. filing fee which is non-refundable.
